DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within the United States)
If your order is shipping to a business address please make sure that your business hours are posted on your storefront. If FedEx arrives to delivery your package at 8:30am, your business is closed and the hours are not posted, they do not have to come back that day to make another delivery attempt. If your hours are posted they will more than likely return.

The list above shows the most common delivery options available for most areas. Not all delivery services are available in all areas and some delivery services are limited in residential and rural areas. FedEx may extend their guaranteed delivery times around the holidays and we will do our best to keep you informed and advise you when you place your order of any changes that may affect your shipment. Please read the FedEx Terms and Conditions regarding guaranteed delivery times below. Specifically, “Acts of God” and “weather” conditions can and may negate the delivery guarantee and FedEx will not credit the cost of shipping.
FEDEX TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING GUARANTEED DELIVERY SERVICE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual authority, application of security regulations imposed by a government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, acts or omissions of custom officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond FedEx’s control, disruption or failure of 26 communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or any circumstances beyond FedEx’s control.
Basically, the above states that if any of the above occurs FedEx will not refund your shipping fee if they do not deliver your package on time.

All orders are shipped from Michigan. Use the map below to see how many days it will take to receive your order via FedEx Ground service within the United States.
Note: Do not count the day that you place your order as a shipping day. For instance, if you placed your order on a Monday and the map indicates that it will take two business days to arrive, you would receive your package on Wednesday.
Find your state and use the color codes on the map to determine how many days it will take to arrive. Do not count the day that you place your order.
Example: If you live in TN (Blue) it will take 2 business days to arrive. If you placed your order on Friday you should receive your package on Tuesday, whether it is shipping to a business or residential address.
If you are shipping to a business address FedEx delivers Monday – Friday (Saturday for additional fee).
If you are shipping to a residential address FedEx delivers Tuesday – Saturday.

The shipping times listed above are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed for international deliveries. Deux Luxe² is not responsible for packages not received within the estimated delivery time. Customs can hold a package for as long as they need to get the package cleared. These delays are beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – PLEASE NOTE:
- We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to try and keep your duties and taxes as low as possible. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these costs will be.
- The duties, taxes and any other miscellaneous fees will be collected when they deliver your package.
- We will not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts”. The United States of America and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.

SHIPPING INSURANCE – Highly Recommended
Please be advised that Deux Luxe² is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during shipping. As soon as your order leaves our facility and is picked up by the shipping provider it becomes their responsibility. Shipping insurance is included with every order. Orders $500 or more require a signature upon delivery.
Orders lost while in transit or damaged in transit must be reported to us as soon as possible.
- Please note that shipping insurance only covers your package if the package is lost or damaged while in the shipping providers possession. Which means that they lost or damaged the package. It does not cover theft after they have delivered the package. If the shipping provider claims that they delivered the package to your doorstep and it was stolen after they delivered it, insurance will not cover the package.
- If you did not receive your package or it was damaged and it is covered under the circumstances that they will reimburse you for it, please contact us and we will be happy to submit the claim for you and send out a replacement order to you at no cost.
- The same rate applies to all delivery services.
- $1.00 per $100.00 with a minimum charge of $300.
- Example: The cost for insuring one package of Deux Luxe² costing $229.00 would be $3.00.
United States Postal Service (USPS):
- The following rate applies for First Class and Priority Mail services.
- $1.04 per $100.00 with a minimum charge of $4.27.
- Example: The cost for insuring one package of Deux Luxe² costing $229.00 would be $4.27.
United States Postal Service (USPS):
- The following rate applies for Express Mail service.
- $1.04 per $100.00 with the first $200.00 of insurance free of charge and the minimum charge after $200.00 would be $3.24.
- Example: The cost for insuring one package of Deux Luxe² costing $229.00 would be $3.24.
DEUX LUXE² SHIPPING POLICIES
Deux Luxe² guarantees to ship out all orders placed before 2pm (EST) the same day, providing that all shipping information is correct and there are no delays processing your payment. We will attempt to ship out any order received after 2pm but we cannot guarantee it. Orders placed after hours, during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9am until 5pm Eastern Standard Time.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at the time of checkout. You will receive a second email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact us Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm (EST) at 866-885-1689.
It is up to each individual FedEx driver whether he/she will leave your package at a residence based on if they deem it safe to do so. If you are having your order shipped to a residential address and you would like FedEx to deliver your package whether or not someone will be home, you can request the “no signature required” service so that you don’t have to wait for your package. If you are concerned about the security of your package, FedEx also offers a “signature required” service. This option costs $4.50 and requires that someone be home at your shipping address in order to sign for your package. We do not advise shipping to apartments or shared buildings with common hallways with “no signature required”. If you live in a shared building that has a concierge office or main office that will accept your packages, please add that to the shipping notes.
We encourage all customers to thoroughly review and verify their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. If the address you entered is incorrect and the shipping provider delivers the package as instructed, there is nothing that can be done unless the receiver of the package is kind enough to return it to us. If we do receive the package back, we will gladly re-ship it to you after confirming the correct address and you will only be responsible for the shipping fee’s.
If the address that you entered was incorrect and delivered as instructed, we cannot refund any of your shipping charges, whether they were standard Ground or Express service.
ORDER AND PAYMENT DELAYS:
Security confirmation for your credit card may delay shipping times due to additional information required from either us or your credit card provider to verify your purchase. Here are some of the ways that we seek to create the most secure online shopping experience by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers.
- If the billing address does not match the address on file with the credit card provider.
- If the shipping address is different from the billing address.
- If the order total is greater than the designated limit on your credit card.
You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping back to Deux Luxe² and the re-shipping of your replacement order. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for further information on how to exchange an order.
IF YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS THAT YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT YOU DIDN’T RECEIVE IT:
All our shipments include tracking information with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the address on your order but you have not received it, please check the following:
- Check all your exterior doors (front, back, side, patio) and if you have storm doors, check between them and your interior door.
- Check all around the exterior of your house (behind planters, shrubs, fences).
- Check with your neighbors to see if they may have picked it up for you.
If you still can’t find the package after checking all the above suggestions, you can either contact the shipper directly at the number below, or you can contact us at 866-885-1689 Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm (EST) and we can do it for you. We will ask the shipping provider to open an investigation with the driver that delivered the package. Once we have contacted the shipping provider they may contact you directly with additional questions. After they have opened the investigation they will let us know their determination within 24-48 hours. With the final determination, they may decide not to replace the package, even if you purchased shipping insurance, which only covers your package if it is lost or damaged during shipping – not after the package has been delivered.
