We are pleased to accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase on any package of Deux Luxe² Clip-In Hair Extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with and are still sealed. The good news is that Deux Luxe² clip-in hair extensions come with a color swatch in the top compartment of the packaging, which you can take out to determine whether the color is a good match. If it isn’t please call us at 866-885-1689 to initiate the exchange and we will be more than happy to assist you with choosing a replacement color.

We will send you the replacement color after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened, worn or damaged.
